If there was a half-star, the M&J would get it! Now, if you ride a motorcycle and like to gamble and drink cheap whiskey and play B-I-N-G-O...then BINGO this is your bar! I used to go here quite a bit with a friend who enjoyed it. It was really dirty feeling in there and there was also a little liquor store attached with an ATM so if you're "feeling" the pull tabs, you will always win at the ATM. Granted, the bartenders are always friendly and it is West Fargo, so it's more of a local's hangout then a place to go for scenery or clubbing, but it definitely has that small town feel. More than that it has a dirty feel. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you stop in in a group (large preferably) and get cheap drinks and then move on. The drinks are reasonably priced. I've never had a bad experience here so don't get me wrong, just not a very comfortable place.
